Ayurvedic Remedies for Sinus

A similar way for the intake of these elements could be making a mixture of 1 tablespoon of garlic and turmeric and 2 tablespoons of honey. You should mix the mixture properly and consume 1 tablespoon of it on a regular basis.

6. Jala Neti

Neti is known as a purification method of yogic while the meaning of Jala Neti is purification with the help of water. It is a very simple technique and it is recommended in the Ayurveda to use this technique in order to get relief from problems related to sinus.

Take some lukewarm water into a pot and add a little amount of salt into it. After that, you have to position the pot in such a way that the spout is in one of your two nostrils. You have to tilt your head in such a way that the water starts flowing from one nostril to another one. During this process, try to breathe through your mouth. You have to do the same until the pot is emptied and after that repeat the same process. You can repeat it any number of times.

7. Change your dietdiet
